Huseby Enterprises operates an automated messaging program to deliver time-sensitive operational and personal telemetry notifications.

• Opt-In Consent: You opt into receiving SMS notifications by entering your mobile number in system configuration settings, requesting alerts via the J.A.R.V.I.S. application, or initiating an inbound text message to our registered number (512) 768-4241. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any third-party good or service.
• Message Types: Messages may include incident escalation alerts (Google Cloud OMG/CMI operational simulation updates), home perimeter and delivery detections (UniFi Protect), travel itinerary milestones, and requested status dispatches.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the system, scheduled telemetry updates, and the occurrence of automated security or incident events.

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received in connection with this service. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your wireless carrier according to your individual mobile service plan. Please contact your mobile provider for specific rate information.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Huseby Enterprises nor mobile network operators (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) guarantee the timely delivery or complete delivery of messages, as network availability and device coverage vary.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability
